Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within the next working day, but may take about 1-3 business days in some cases. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free standard shipping option using Royal Mail 2nd Class which will usually take between 2-4 business days to arrive in the UK. We also have an additional paid option for Tracked 24 which will arrive on the next business day.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance which may vary depending on the country. or due to circumstances beyond our control such as:
- Weather Conditions
- Strikes/Disputes
- Holidays
- Post Office Delays
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number if you opted for tracked delivery.

Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will bear all responsibility to ensure the product is returned to us in its original condition - therefore, we encourage you to use a tracked return for this purpose.
To start a return, please contact us through the contact us page first or at info@stainpals.com to enquire if you are eligible for a refund/return. Items that are sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted as we will be unable to link the return item to your order ID.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You are liable for making sure that the shipping address is correct when you place an order - should this be wrong, it cannot be amended and you would have to place a new order unless your item has not been shipped yet.
